Erbil, one of the fastest-growing cities in the Middle East, has become a center of attraction in the region with its recently constructed luxury residential complexes.
'The Boulevard Mixed-Use Residential Complex', built by Four Bridges, one of Iraq's leading construction companies, in the heart of Erbil and called the 'project of the century', is among the projects contributing to the development of the region.
Built on an area of 53,000 square meters, the residential complex consists of 1600 apartments in 10 luxury residences, a supermarket, a shopping mall, an entertainment center, a sky lounge, a fitness center, a nursery, cafes, and restaurants. Meeting both the business and residential needs of the region, the complex promises its residents a unique, enjoyable, peaceful, and privileged life.
Ekomaxi was chosen for the water storage systems of the "Boulevard Mixed-Use Living Complex" project.
It will safely store water without compromising its quality.
Ekomaxi will safely store the project's water for many years with its "GRP modular water tanks" with a total capacity of 1880 m³. Manufactured from SMC (glass fiber reinforced composite), defined as the engineering material of the future, GRP modular water tanks are unaffected by extreme heat and cold due to their high strength and insulation coefficient. The UV-resistant GRP tank panels prevent the formation of algae, fungi, and bacteria in the water. There is no change or deterioration in the quality or hardness of the stored water at temperatures ranging from +5°C to +50°C. The water is safely preserved for a minimum of 50 years of the tank's lifespan.
Ekomaxi also certifies that it stores water safely and without compromising its quality with the WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) certificate, which sets the standards for measuring and controlling drinking water quality worldwide.
**Fast Production and Practical Installation Advantage**
The modular panels of GRP water storage systems offer significant advantages to investors in both production and installation processes. Ekomaxi, which has the largest GRP water storage production facility in the Middle East, Central Asia, and Eastern Europe, completed the production and installation of the 1880 m³ capacity GRP modular water storage tanks used in the project in just two months and commissioned the system.
Bringing a fast, practical, and safe approach to water storage systems with its GRP panel solutions, Ekomaxi continues to provide its customers with unwavering confidence and add value to projects.
