Production Policy

GRP, or "Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite," is a high-quality engineering material obtained by combining thermoset or thermoplastic materials with added resin additives, high-strength glass fibers, and fillers, and then hardening them through specific processes and high-pressure molding methods. Its international abbreviation is "Glass Fiber Reinforced Composite."

The process of combining glass fiber with a carrier matrix resin can be done using a wide variety of methods, from simple molding techniques like 'hand lay-up' to the most complex 'mechanized molding techniques.' However, the main principle is the proper 'wetting' of the glass fiber with the resin. Resins are polymerized through a chemical reaction, transforming them into a hard, insoluble, and non-melting substance.

The quality of GRP (Composite) material is directly proportional to the strength of the bond between the glass fiber and the resin. Physical performance depends on the strength of the reinforcing material, the glass fiber; It depends on the ratio, distribution, and orientation of the composite material within the GRP.

GRP (Composite) products, considered the building material of the future in many sectors and currently undergoing research and development, are clearly set to replace steel and its derivatives very soon.
