High-Pressure Molded SMC & GRP Panel Technology
Our SMC panels are pressed at 150°C in hydraulic presses with up to 4,000 tons of capacity. The process gives a smooth surface and precise dimensions, so panels seal tightly at every joint.

Insulated GRP Water Tanks for UAE Climate
For tanks exposed to the sun, panels can be produced with polyurethane foam insulation on the outer surface. Insulation slows the heating of stored water during the day, which helps keep water quality stable and reduces the risk of bacterial growth. The insulation material contains no CFC or HCFC.
Insulated and non-insulated panels use the same assembly system, so you can choose insulation for rooftop tanks and standard panels for tanks inside plant rooms.
