These are high-temperature, fire-resistant, and chemical gas-resistant natural gas flue systems manufactured in modular parts using AISI 316 L stainless steel.

AISI 316 L STEEL: Thanks to the high corrosion resistance and chemical composition of 316 L stainless steel materials, they perform very well even in harsh environments (seawater, acidic liquids, etc.). Furthermore, the ultimate strength of 316 L grade materials is much higher than that of 316 grade materials.

CNC TIG WELDING: Linear joints in the process following the bending stage of 316 L stainless steel sheet are achieved using continuous TIG welding technology. This ensures a perfect joint and maximum resistance to corrosion at the weld points.

50 MM SOCKET CONNECTION: The 50 mm socket expansion connection ensures stable chimney positioning, complete sealing, and ease of installation.

COMPLETE SEALING: Chimney connection points with 50 mm socket expansion are connected to each other with an 80 mm wide connection clamp system, ensuring complete sealing. Furthermore, the wide clamp system provides a strong and robust structure even with long chimneys. The standard twin-fin seal system provides excellent sealing in condensing and cascade systems. We are also the only company in Türkiye that applies the double seal system to both positive and negative flue systems.

RESISTANCE UP TO 5000°C: 316 L stainless steel sheet is resistant to oxidation corrosion at temperatures up to 850°C and has high mechanical and tensile strength.

0.50 MM - 2 MM SHEET METAL THICKNESS: Manufacturing is done using sheet metal with a minimum thickness of 0.50 mm and a maximum thickness of 2 mm, within the desired diameter and production range.

50 MM SOCKET CONNECTION: The 50 mm socket expansion connection ensures the chimney stands stably, provides complete sealing, and facilitates easy installation.
